Log In Instructions

Before you can access the Online Financial Aid System you must:

(1) New Students must be assigned a BCU ID by the Admissions Office

(2) All Students must apply for the online Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) every year.

To Access:

1. Enter ALL 9 DIGITS of your BCU Student ID in the LOG IN Box including the leading zeroes, for example,

000123456. Your Financial Aid PIN is NOT THE SAME as your BCU Wildcat Web PIN.

2. Click on "Forgot your PIN?" is located at the bottom of LOG IN Box. A box will appear for you to create a FA PIN.

3. If you get an error with "Forgot your PIN?", CLICK on "FIRST TIME USER?" to Activate your account. If you still can't login, please call (800) 553-9369.

You must have a financial aid record already established at Bethune-Cookman University in order to use this system. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing the online Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Enter our school code 001467 on your application, and we will automatically receive the results. Once we receive your information, you can obtain your Online Financial Aid PIN using the instructions above, and then start using the system.

Priority DEADLINE for FAFSA Processing MARCH 15 every year; Awards are processed first for New Students with Admissions Office Acceptance and Returning Students with registered classes.

Florida Resident Access Grant - Proof of Florida Residence is required for disbursement. The parents of the dependent student or the independent student must provide two legible documents:

Florida residents who receive state grants must (1) enroll full time, (2) satisfactorily complete at least 12 hours each semester, and (3) maintain a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher in order to renew those grants for the next academic year.
1. Florida Voter’s registration card
2. Florida driver’s license
3. Florida Identification Card
4. Florida Vehicle Registration
5. Proof of a permanent home in Florida which is occupied as primary residence by the individual or by the individual’s parent if individual is dependent.
6. Proof of Homestead Exemption in Florida
7. Transcripts for a Florida high School for Multiple years in the Florida High School diploma or GED was earned within the least 12 months
8. Proof of permanent full-time employment in Florida for at least 30 hours per week for a 12-month period

Graduating Seniors Stafford Loan borrowers must complete Loan Exit Counseling. Click here to complete your Counseling Session. Be sure to reach the final screen or confirmation page that will generate your confirmation number.
